Refund policy

This policy applies to professional application analytics services booked with artificialintelligencehub—workshops, path reviews, audits, and documentation packs described on this site. It does not cover software licenses, physical goods, or subscription products, which we do not sell.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid toward a scoped engagement confirmed in writing. Informational pricing on the website is not a charge.

Timeframe

Cancellation or refund requests should be sent to hello@artificialintelligencehub.digital or +82-8-287-9369 as soon as possible. We respond within five business days.

Full refund

If you cancel more than ten business days before a scheduled workshop start date, and no preparatory work has begun, we refund 100% of fees paid for that engagement.

Partial refund

If you cancel between four and ten business days before the start date, or after preparatory work (such as document review or discovery calls) has begun, we refund 50% of fees paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in the scope.

Non-refundable items

Fees for work already delivered—completed workshops, submitted audit reports, final handoff packs—are non-refundable. Deposits become non-refundable once the kickoff call has occurred and preparation has started, except where we cancel the engagement.

Work already started

If discovery or drafting has started and you withdraw, we bill for completed hours or milestones as listed in the scope and refund any unused prepaid balance.

Purchased materials

We generally do not purchase materials on your behalf. If a scope includes approved third-party tooling or research purchases, those line items are non-refundable once ordered.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel due to illness or force majeure, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for unfinished work or a reschedule at no additional service fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the engagement fee to cover calendar disruption.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve dates. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Deposit refundability follows the full and partial refund rules above.

No-shows

If client participants miss a scheduled workshop without notice, that session is considered delivered for refund purposes. We may offer one makeup session at our discretion.

Refund process and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds in KRW may take longer depending on your institution.

Processing time

Review of a refund request typically takes up to five business days; transfer completion may take up to fourteen business days after approval.

Exceptions

If deliverables are materially incomplete relative to the written scope and we cannot remedy within a reasonable period, you may request a partial or full refund of fees for the incomplete portion. Quality disputes should be raised within fourteen days of delivery.
